Not much to say today as there isn’t much going on weather wise. July is certainly making up for our cool and rainy June. An area of high pressure is drifting to our south and over Ontario which has effectively blocked formation of any clouds or allowing the humidity to rise to unbearable levels. This ridge will meander away and we will begin to see our temps rise along with the humidity. Our next chance of rain comes on Monday.

Good graphics on upwelling out at the lake. Hard to believe some people still do not understand this and think the whole lake is one uniform temperature. There’s always several times during the year when there are huge temp swings one way or the other.
Yet again you have missed the entire point!
Not sure what you could possibly be trying to argue when there are many places to find information on upwelling. Is this like a flat earth thing?
Some need to read once in awhile before trying to make a point.. Lol.

Just how many know that the temperature near the bottom of the deeper lakes stays at 39 all yer long? And in the summer time the warmest temperatures are near the surface and in shallow water near the shore.
