Can’t ask for weather much better than this, unless of course, one prefers hotter conditions. This week is one where you don’t have to run the air conditioner or furnace – the windows can be open for the allowance of fresh air to permeate the house. We did have one day last week when we battled the stink bugs to keep them from coming into the house, haven’t seen many the past few days.
Warmer temperatures are expected this week, with highs reaching near 70 by the weekend. The weather will also be fairly quiet, with only small chances for rain showers over Central Michigan Tuesday through Wednesday.
The weather is becoming active once again in the gulf with Gamma and Delta. Delta is expected to turn north and make landfall in Louisiana on Friday. In the Pacific, we have Norbet and Marie. Our next chance of real rainfall would be from Delta early next week.

The recent rain has really made the grass grow. So yesterday I cut the grass and while doing so when I went to move one of the solar lights I have in the yard I disturbed a bee and thus I got stung. I know that is not a big deal but that is the first time I have been stung by a bee in many years. And yes it did sting.
