We currently have 68° at 4am here in Otsego with some showers moving through. Allegan county is in a dry slot with lots of lightning and storms to the north and south. To warm for sleeping for me as I don’t have the air conditioner going yet. We made 82° here in the valley yesterday and our house holds the heat to well in the spring and summer.
The CPC released their June Outlook last week. As we celebrate the beginning of summer with the Memorial day weekend I believe we will continue the pattern we have seen as we lay on the boundary between the cool and warm air.

We will be cooler and windier today after the front moves through with temps in the upper 60s to low 70s. Tonight we will fall to the upper 40s, 20° cooler than it is this morning.

June starts next week and those 60s returning .. Cool June on the way.. Frost possible also.. Coat weather well into June this year.

We were in the dry slot last night – zero rain (and that’s OK – Barry County has a lot of lakes without outlets, threatening to flood homes/cottages). So sad about the tornadoes last night – it seems like the people in Tornado Alley just can’t catch a break this spring 🙁

Just paid 105.00 gas bill for the month of May I’m thinking probably the highest I can remember this late into the Spring season .I see it’s windy outside must be another cold front coming through with that thought our cool Spring keeps going..Have a good Thursday INDY!
