Maybe Some Sun Today

Southwest Michigan Forecast

High pressure will bring fair weather today but light rain and snow will move in tonight with a period of stormy weather this weekend as low pressure brings a cold front through by Sunday night.  Most of the models are trending to keep the severe weather in extreme southern Michigan confined to the very southern tier as the main batch of convective rains is centered across northern Indiana during the day with the front moving southeast by evening.

The long range models are still keeping accumulating snow from Cadillac to the north through most of the month.  We may see a couple shots of picking up some minor snow in the south part of the state, nothing to get the snowblowers out as it will quickly melt.

Next week we should be in a drier pattern for the most part and actually see the sun which will be nice after the gloomy pattern we have seen lately.

Seems fitting that it is now November, and here come the good thunderstorms! The past several years, the best (and seemingly only) good thunderstorms we get are in November, January, and February. Does this mean Spring is already started? Ha!

Beautiful sun rise today! It sure is nice to see the sun after so many rainy, gloomy days.
