This would be a good time to subscribe to my Substack site as I have been having a lot of foreign actors phishing and trying to hack into this site. It has been time-consuming and expensive to keep this site going so I am eventually going to be using Substack exclusively. Don’t forget to subscribe to Slim’s and Bill’s while you are at it.

Forecast Discussion
We have a return to our winter wonderland across the area with around an inch of snow on the ground.
We will see a mainly cloudy day today with chances of rain and highs in the mid-49s.
- Light snow ending Low pressure moving across Indiana is creating light snow over the cwa early this morning. A few inches of snow has accumulated along the I-94 corridor but is beginning to wind down over the southwest cwa. Light snow continues east of a Ludington to BTL line where some fgen banding is helping to keep the snow going. Models show the snow diminishing after 12z today. The far southeast cwa will be the last to clear this afternoon. Any additional accumulations will be less than an inch this morning. - Warmer through the weekend, then colder Upper troughing will remain over the Great Lakes Friday. However, the trough axis will be just east of the cwa and so we should see temperatures a little warmer...50s...Friday compared to today. As ridging moves over the region Saturday, temperatures will continue to warm. Mid to upper 50s are expected under plenty of sunshine. The warming trend will continue into Sunday and Monday too as temperatures climb into the 60s. The next chance of ran will come Monday as another cold front moves across the state. We`ll see highs in the 60s replaced by highs in the 40s Tuesday.
What a pattern! Day after day with below normal temps! Saturday may hit the mid to upper 50’s if you are lucky, but the sun will be a nice change!
